Costco Roadshow Representative — Tru Sparkling (3 consecutive shows in surrounding area)
Job Overview:
Represent Tru Sparkling at a live Costco Roadshow event. You'll run product demos, engage members with sampling, and convert tastings into variety pack sales. This is a high-energy, sales-driven role — performance is tracked daily and determines future Costco placement for the brand.
Schedule & Estimated Hours:
45.5 hours total (Thursday–Sunday)
Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM (10 hrs)
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6:45 PM (10 hrs)
Sunday: 8:45 AM – 6:45 PM (10 hrs — includes final pallet wrap & close-out)
Responsibilities:
Deliver Tru's 15-second sales pitch and educate members on Energy and Calm product lines
Hit daily sales targets: 100 cases satisfactory / 150 cases target
Track sampling numbers
Set up and break down roadshow display area including pallet coordination, signage, and iced product
Report daily sales numbers to Tru management
Maintain a professional, energetic presence on the floor at all times
Skills/Requirements:
Costco Roadshow experience is a requirement
Retail, event, or direct sales experience preferred
Must be able to stand for full shift (up to 13 hours)
Food Handler's Certificate required if no CDS rep is present (statefoodsafety.com)
Must bring: the package which will be shipped to you (acrylic signs, uniform)
Able to lift and move cases of product
Uniform:
Dark jeans or black pants, unbranded black shirt, sneakers. Hair net, beard net (if applicable), and gloves required while sampling.
Parking Information:
Free Costco lot parking available at warehouse location.
Bonus:
$50 per day to achieve 100 cases
$100 per day to achieve 150 cases
Payment Terms:
Payment is processed day after roadshow completion.
