This role is all about first impressions, hospitality, and helping guests feel welcomed and confident as they arrive. Ideal candidates are friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with a high volume of guests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: - Greeting guests with high energy and a warm, welcoming demeanor - Guiding visitors to the correct location within the mall - Providing clear directions throughout the property, including restrooms and hotel exits - Checking guests in efficiently while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude - Answering logistical questions and sharing helpful information - Serving as a visible, approachable point of contact at all times - Upholding brand professionalism while creating an engaging and memorable experience 🔸 ATTIRE 👚 TBD (professional, polished appearance required) 🔸 TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION 🚘 Travel and lodging are not provided.
