⏰ STAFF HOURS: Support is needed for setup in AM and teardown in PM
Shift 1 Load In (4/22) - 6:00am-10:00am (arrival at 5:30am)
Shift 2 Load Out (4/23) - 4:30pm-8:30pm (TBD until completion) - Arrival at 4:00pm

Job Overview
Join the Google Gemini Campus Takeover at the University of Miami! We’re looking for dependable Labor Staff to support the event by assisting with load-in, load-out, and setup tasks to keep the event footprint clean and organized.
Responsibilities
• Assist with load-in and load-out of event assets (monitors, rolling carts, SEG frames, etc.)
• Work directly with Tour Managers to ensure the setup runs smoothly
• Keep the event area organized and safe throughout the day
• Support with moving and lifting items (up to 50 lbs) as needed
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented, and detail-focused approach

• Comfortable with physical labor and lifting/moving equipment up to 50 lbs
• Team-focused with a positive, “hands-on” mindset
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
• Ready to support a fast-paced event environment outdoors
Uniform
• Black or neutral athletic shorts/pants, shirt, and sneakers (no apparel provided)
• Dress comfortably for working outside
