About the Role We are seeking experienced, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to run in-store sampling demos at grocery stores. This role is ideal for Brand Ambassadors who are confident in engaging shoppers, promoting products, and converting sampling into sales. We are looking for ambassadors who know how to attract customers to the table, create excitement around the product, and encourage shoppers to purchase during the demo. Ambassadors should also be comfortable interacting with store management and building positive relationships with store staff to ensure smooth demo execution. What You'll Do Conduct 4-hour in-store sampling demonstrations at assigned grocery stores Set up and manage a professional demo station Prepare and distribute snack samples while following food safety standards Actively approach and engage shoppers passing the demo station Clearly communicate product benefits, flavors, and ingredients Encourage shoppers to purchase the product during the demo Check in with store management upon arrival and maintain a positive relationship with store staff Maintain an inviting, friendly presence that attracts customers Track demo activity such as samples served and shopper engagement Take clear photos of the demo setup, product display, and consumer engagement during the shift Submit a brief post-shift recap report with photos after each event Requirements Prior in-store sampling or brand ambassador experience required Strong sales mindset and customer engagement skills Comfortable approaching shoppers and initiating conversations Must Food Handler Certification or ServSafe Certification required Must provide your own 4 ft. demo table Reliable transportation to grocery store locations Ability to stand for a 4-hour shift Must be 18 years or older What We Offer $25/hour W-2 employment Up to 4 shifts per week available Consistent demo opportunities Opportunity to represent a growing snack brand in retail stores
