About the Role We are seeking experienced, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to run in-store sampling demos at grocery stores. This is a sales-focused role, where success is measured by both engagement and product conversion—not just distributing samples. This role requires consistent weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) on an ongoing basis. Candidates must be able to reliably commit to this schedule each week. We are looking for high-energy ambassadors who take initiative, actively engage shoppers, create excitement around the product, and confidently encourage purchase during the demo. What You'll Do - Conduct 4-hour in-store sampling demonstrations at assigned grocery stores - Set up and manage a professional demo station - Actively engage shoppers, communicate product benefits, and encourage purchase - Prepare and distribute samples while following food safety standards - Maintain a high-energy presence that attracts customers to the demo - Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff - Restock shelves and maintain product display to support sales - Track demo activity, capture photos, and submit a post-shift recap report Requirements - Consistent availability to work all scheduled Friday–Sunday shifts on an ongoing basis is required - Prior in-store sampling or brand ambassador experience - Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and engaging shoppers proactively - Food Handler or ServSafe Certification - Must provide your own 4 ft. demo table - Must be willing to travel to store locations in the metro area - Reliable transportation to grocery store locations - Ability to stand for a 4-hour shift - Must be 18+ and dependable with a consistent weekly schedule Product Purchase & Reimbursement Brand Ambassadors are required to purchase product in-store using their own funds to support sampling. Typical purchases range from approximately $18–$27 per demo (4–6 bags). Purchases are limited to sampling needs and reimbursed promptly through payroll. All approved purchases are reimbursed weekly via payroll, provided receipts are submitted with your timesheet. Additional details will be provided during onboarding.
