Brand Assistant Manager (BAM) Beverage Brand Activation · Summer 2025 About the Role We're looking for an outgoing, motivated Brand Assistant Manager to represent our beverage brand across a curated set of Seattle bar accounts. Your primary mission is to build genuine rapport with bar staff and consumers, driving on-site beverage purchases and brand awareness. You'll work closely with SGWS distributor reps and operate with a high degree of autonomy, using your knowledge of the accounts and the Seattle events calendar to determine the most effective activation windows. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand at assigned bar accounts and build lasting relationships with staff and consumers. Coordinate with SGWS distributor representatives to support sell-in and execution. Identify high-impact activation opportunities based on events, foot traffic, and account dynamics. Track visits and report on account performance. Suggest account swaps if you have personal connections that would benefit the program. Schedule & Key Dates May 29 — Mandatory Training 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Birch Road June 1 — Market Start Date Official first day in the field June 2–4 — SGWS Rep Availability Window Must be flexible 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM for potential distributor appointments (exact times TBD) June 18–20 — Priority Activation Weekend High-demand period coinciding with Juneteenth (June 19), Australia vs. USA soccer at Seattle (June 19, 12 PM), Fremont Solstice Parade (June 20), and Capitol Hill Pride lead-up activities. End Date — July 3rd or July 10th (TBD) Dependent on whether the engagement is scoped at 100 or 120 hours total. Confirmation pending. Remaining Dates — TBD You'll be assigned a defined list of Seattle bar accounts developed in coordination with SGWS. Accounts are subject to change based on distributor feedback and program sell-in progress, but will remain in the same general geographic areas. If you have existing personal connections at accounts that would be a strong fit for the program, we're open to discussing swaps. What We're Looking For Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with bar staff and guests. Knowledge of the Seattle bar and hospitality scene is a plus. Self-directed with strong time management — you'll often be setting your own schedule. Reliable transportation to reach accounts across Seattle. Beverage or spirits industry experience preferred but not required. Must be 21+. Note: A full breakdown of Seattle events and match dates — including soccer fixtures, festivals, and neighborhood activations — will be shared with selected candidates to help inform scheduling. Mariners games and concerts at WaMU Theater and Climate Pledge Arena are also worth keeping on your radar.
