US Event Management is Hiring! Join our Team for exciting events in 2024! US Event Management is seeking dependable, sales-driven Brand Ambassadors who demonstrate ambition, punctuality, and professionalism to join our 2024 sampling team. This is a 1099 Independent contractor position and pays via direct deposit (W-9). USEM provides training - no prior demonstrator experience is required. Someone dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking will thrive in this role. We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability! 3-30 hours available each weekend, depending on your work area. Requirements for each demo: Must be 21+ years of age Must have a valid MAST permit Must have your folding table, black tablecloth, and bowl to chill samples Must have a smartphone to take photos during the tasting Must have reliable transportation Must remain standing for a 3-hour shift duration Ability to navigate online booking system Samples and Supplies: *Samples are provided to you on site or picked-up beforehand from our Vancouver office *Sample cups must be purchased for each event and are reimbursable by USEM *Staff are expected to provide a demo table, tablecloth, and chill bowl at their expense Primary Duties: Research your brand beforehand to demonstrate knowledge and increase sales Bring all of your required materials Wear all-black attire to work Arrive 15 minutes early to each event to ensure on-time setup + check-in photo Take notes on store demographics and report this info in your recap survey Take three photos of consumers enjoying the product at your event Complete a short recap survey within 24hrs of your shift (can be done from your phone!)
