US Event Management is hiring an energetic, reliable Costume Handler for an upcoming brand activation in Auburn. You'll be the face (well, the character) of the brand — demoing in costume and leading a few short costume races. If you're outgoing, comfortable being active in a costume, and good with a crowd, we want you on our team. Pay: $30/hr — 1099 independent contractor, paid via direct deposit (W-9 required) Flexible scheduling — pick up shifts that work for you through our online booking portal Requirements: 18+ years old Comfortable wearing a full costume for extended periods, including light physical activity Good physical condition — you'll be running a few short costume races during the shift Reliable transportation Smartphone (for event photos) Comfortable navigating an online booking system Strong communication and crowd engagement skills What You'll Do: Show up on time and get into costume before the event starts Engage the crowd and hype up participants while in character Lead a few short costume races throughout the event Send a setup photo once you're in costume and ready Snap 3 photos of participants having fun during the races Submit a quick recap survey within 24 hours (from your phone, takes 5 minutes) Shifts are filling fast — apply now to lock in your spot.
