Event Booth Assistant – Veterinary AI Startup (IVECCS Conference) VetRec is a veterinary AI assistant startup exhibiting at the IVECCS Conference at the Savannah Convention Center, and we're looking for a reliable, friendly, and tech-savvy event assistant to support our team during the conference. *Dates & Hours* - Tuesday, September 15: 09:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Wednesday, September 16: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Thursday, September 17: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Preference will be given to candidates available for all dates *Responsibilities* - Operate and monitor our booth activation, which includes a custom sticker printer - Greet attendees and engage with visitors who approach the booth - Learn a basic overview of our company and be able to introduce VetRec before directing attendees to the appropriate team member for more detailed conversations - Help keep merchandise displays stocked and organized throughout the day - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth appearance - Assist with general booth operations as needed *What We're Looking For* - Comfortable interacting with people in a busy conference environment - Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn how to operate simple software and hardware - Strong communication skills - Quick learner with a positive attitude - Reliable, punctual, and professional - Previous event, trade show, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus, but not required *Additional Information* - Training on the sticker printer and booth operations will be provided We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and will help us create a great experience for conference attendees.
