Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Warrior Kombucha at Whole Foods, Cub Foods, Food Bazaar, DeCicco & Sons, Jungle Jim’s, Heinen's Grocery Store, and more! We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and will gladly consider you for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may also be available. Must be willing to: Call stores ahead of time to confirm Warrior Kombucha inventory and schedule your demos accordingly. Payment Terms: $30/hour (1099 contractor) Paid weekly via Bill.com (Payments on Fridays; reports due by Monday 9 AM EST) Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment No travel pay Product reimbursements are added to your paycheck Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position—you must contact stores, confirm stock, and schedule your demos yourself. We do not schedule for you (unless a brand scheduling portal is required). Improper scheduling may result in demo cancellations, nonpayment, and possible removal from future campaigns. Requirements: Your own demo table, black tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant tools depending on demo needs. Ability to read and follow instructions carefully. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must call stores to confirm stock and set up demos (unless otherwise stated). Prompt response to emails. Familiarity with Promomash, or willingness to learn. Professional and timely demo report submission. Reliable transportation. Follow food safety guidelines (a food handler permit may be required depending on location). Must be independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Demo Event Responsibilities: Represent Warrior Kombucha with professionalism and enthusiasm. Learn key brand information via the website and training materials provided. Set up a clean and engaging demo table. Maintain proper sample temperature (kombucha may require refrigeration or ice bucket). Educate customers about Warrior Kombucha’s ingredients, benefits, usage suggestions, and brand mission. Encourage trial and drive product sales. Keep the store shelves clean, faced, and stocked. Submit thorough and professional demo reports on time. Dress in accordance with brand guidelines. Log and submit demo expenses as instructed.
