"Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter BAs to conduct in-store demos for various brands at Whole Foods, Cub Foods and more! If you're passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply! We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. We require weekend availability, but some demos may be available during the week. Must be willing to: - willing to cook in store (we provide equipment) -able to handle animal or plant based products -call stores and confirm inventory Two, 3 hour shifts available per location. Dates/times are scheduled with Whole Foods. Payment Terms: - $28/hr (1099 contractor) - Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9AM EST). - Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment. - No travel pay. - Product reimbursements added to paycheck. Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position—you must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you (except where a scheduling portal is required). Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities. Requirements: - Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket. - Ability to read and understand written directions. - Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle). - Responsiveness to emails. - Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn. - Professionalism in writing demo reports. - Reliable transportation. - Adhere to food safety guidelines; food handler permit may be required. - Self-motivated, independent, and proactive. Event Details and Duties: - Learn product details via brand website and training materials. - Set up and maintain a clean demo area. - Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales. - Track inventory, tidy and face shelves. - Submit detailed, professional demo reports. - Follow food safety guidelines. Comfortable cooking when required. - Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines. - Track expenses and accurately submit expenses in demo reports. - Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
