VIBRANT is staffing 1 TL and 3 BAS, and 1 paid back up, representing Beyblades USA Regional Tournament Series. TL must have their own vehicle. Pay rate: TL- $30/hour BA- $25/hour Paid Back up - $40 flat to come on site for 1 hour; If you get asked to stay the whole shift, you would be paid the hourly rate instead of flat rate. Schedule: Must be available both weekends Day Before each activation day: TL- Goes onsite between 3-4pm to pick up items from store- PAID FLAT RATE: $50 July 26- ACTIVATION DAY - Lynnwood, WA - Address TBD August 2- ACTIVATION DAY - Bedford Park, IL- 7050 S Cicero Ave, Bedford Park, IL 60638 Event days: (1 TL + 3 BAS) 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: E-nt setup 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Player check-in and orientation 1:30 PM – 3:45 PM: Tournament gameplay and bracket advancement 3:45 PM – 4:00 PM: Final round and winner announcement 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Teardown and exit Duties: Team Lead – Oversees setup, event execution, staff management, and reporting. Manages on-site operations including gameplay structure, product integrity, and on-the-ground adjustments. Reports to HQ, tracks winner progression, and ensures tournament flow is followed. Brand Ambassador – Facilitates registration, monitors battle play, guides participants, and supports the audience experience. Must be energetic, highly organized, and comfortable working with children and families. Virtual training: June 4 at 4pm (paid) Uniform t-shirts provided, please provide your own black bottoms Program Objective: Support the Beyblade X U.S. regional tournament series with high-quality staffing at 16 Walmart locations across key DMAs. Each city will host two activations, with the winners facing off to determine the finalist who will advance to the National Championship in Chicago. One national winner will then represent the U.S. at the World Championship in Tokyo.
