VIBRANT is staffing brand ambassadors for BNP PARIBAS OPEN - CLUB KIM, for Kim Crawford Wine. Must have previous alcohol sampling experience- Please note this when applying, and include some brands you have worked with. Schedule: Event days are March 5 - 7th and March 12 - 14th (Must be available all days, for both weekends) Arrive on site at 10:00am, depart at 6:00pm each working day. BAs can arrive on site after 4pm to the hotel on March 4th and 11th for those respective weekends. All staff will be able to check out of the hotel the Sunday morning of March 8th and March 15 so they don’t have to drive back the same day after working. If anyone wants to leave on the Saturday after they work we need to know that by Feb 23rd so we don't keep the hotel room the extra night. Virtual paid training: Feb 23 at 1pm PST Pay rate: BA flat rate for both weekends is $1200 BA Food Per Diem is = $450 total (this covers both weekends) BA 1/hr training is = $25 BA travel pay is = $300 flat (Only if traveling in to work from LA/SD area, and are not local to Indio) ** Total BA could make working both weekends is $1975.00 USD flat Event Location: Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Indian Wells, CA 78-200 Miles Ave, Indian Wells, CA 92210 Accommodation Location: Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indio - Coachella Valley, an IHG Hotel 84054 Indio Springs Drive, Indio, CA, 92203 United States of America PLEASE NOTE ACCOMMODATIONS ARE ONLY FOR THOSE THAT ARE NOT LOCAL TO INDIO. We have 1 hotel room for each staff member. No one will share a room. Will need to know who is local and doesn’t need accommodation.) Parking also included and separate from the flat rate. Duties: Candidates will be representing Kim Crawford at the BNP Paribas Open, professional tennis tournament. Here we have a 30 x 50 footprint with a bar, lounge, sampling cart, yard games and giveaways. We will also have next to us a lawn area size of 31 x 37 that will have the yard games and picnic tables BAs will be sampling, taking photos, doing surveys and distributing giveaways to guests.
