Brand Ambassadors + Team Lead Needed | Kelowna, BC | National Brand Activation We’re currently hiring 4 to 6 Brand Ambassadors and 1 Team Lead for an exciting national brand activation taking place in Kelowna, BC. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are professional, engaging, reliable, and confident in public-facing environments. We’re looking for talent who can create a welcoming, memorable experience for attendees while representing the brand with polish and energy. Event Details • Location: Kelowna, BC • Event Window: May 21 to May 31 • Activation Dates: May 21 to May 31 • Expected Schedule: Most likely the last 4 to 5 days within that window • Roles Available: 4 to 6 Brand Ambassadors and 1 Team Lead What You’ll Be Doing • Representing a national brand in a polished, professional, and approachable way • Engaging with event attendees in a friendly and confident manner • Creating a positive experience for families, children, and the general public • Supporting activity flow in high-traffic event spaces • Assisting with light setup and teardown as needed • Working in both outdoor family zone areas and indoor arena concourse spaces Who We’re Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional, dependable, and punctual • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public • Comfortable engaging with families, upbeat • Able to work well in fast-paced, public-facing environments • Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings • Previous brand ambassador, event, promotions, experiential, or customer-facing experience is an asset • Hockey knowledge is a plus, but not required • Bilingualism is not required Team Lead The Team Lead should also be: • Organized and confident supporting on-site team communication • Comfortable helping maintain event flow and brand standards • Reliable, proactive, and solution oriented • Experienced in events, promotions, or team leadership is preferred To Apply, Please Include • Your availability between May 21 and May 31 • Your event, promotions, or brand ambassador experience • Your current location • Your rate expectations This is a high-visibility opportunity with a national partner, and we’re looking for talent who can bring the right balance of energy, professionalism, and confidence.
