VIBRANT is staffing 4 brand ambassadors for Tales Of The Cocktail, High West Whiskey Ice House. Preferred experience with alcohol brands and sampling. Must be 21+ Pay rate: $27/hour Location: Court of Two Sisters 613 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 BA Schedule: Subject to change Tuesday July 22 This is a set/up and activation day staff must come prepared to assist with load in and then get event ready. BA Arrival 7:00 AM Set up- 7:00 AM-12:00 PM Show Ready- 12:00 PM Event hours- 12:30 PM-3:30 PM BA Release 4:00 PM Wednesday July 23 BA Arrival -11:00 AM Event hours-12:30 PM-3:30 PM BA Release 4:00 PM Thursday July 24 This is a set/up and activation day staff must come prepared to work the event and then assist with load out. BA Arrival -11:00 AM Event hours-12:30 PM-3:30 PM Tear Down 3:30 PM-7:00 PM BA Release 7:00 PM Possible extension Parking: Reimbursed up to $25 with receipt Uniforms: Branded t-shirt (Provided by Vibrant) BA to provide dark denim jeans and comfortable dark shoes Duties: - Assist with set up and tear down of the High West Ice House - Deliver key messaging and brand story to festival goers. - Clean and organize all areas of activation space, keep the space tidy and presentable. - Encourage foot traffic towards each interactive room of the High West Ice House - Provide knowledgeable conversations around the brand and their products, including taste profiles and locations to purchase. - Engage with potential trade decision makers within activation footprint.
