VIP Talent & Events is looking for a reliable, professional, and energetic In-Market Event Manager to help lead experiential marketing activations throughout the Philadelphia area. If you enjoy leading teams, creating memorable consumer experiences, and making sure events run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Pick up event materials from a local storage facility and transport them to event locations. Set up and break down a branded event footprint (typically a 10' x 10' tent). Lead and manage a team of 5-6 Brand Ambassadors. Train BA's on brand messaging and event expectations. Keep inventory organized and accurate. Capture event photos and complete a simple digital event recap. Ensure every activation is professional, engaging, and runs smoothly. We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Dependable, organized, and professional. Experienced with experiential marketing, events, or promotions (preferred). Comfortable leading a team. Tech savvy and comfortable using iPads and printers. A positive problem solver with a "can-do" attitude. Has reliable transportation and is available to work weekends as needed. We have multiple activations throughout the year and are looking for someone we'd love to partner with long-term.
