Barebells Field Manager (Los Angeles) Barebells is looking for two local, reliable, and outgoing Field Managers (Primary & Secondary) based in Los Angeles to support a series of high-visibility brand activations across California, starting ASAP. This role works closely with the Barebells Brand Team and is responsible for bringing on-the-ground experiences to life. Field Managers are the primary point of contact onsite and play a critical role in ensuring every activation runs smoothly from load-in to breakdown. This is an as-needed role with strong potential for ongoing work as the program scales. Targeting start date of mid-February. What You’ll Be Doing: -Drive a company-provided reefer van or tow a small 12' Airstream trailer (depending on the activation) -Transport brand assets to and from storage/office locations -Lead on-site setup, execution, and breakdown -Serve as the main point of contact with venues and local partners -Sample products and represent the Barebells brand in market -Supervise and support Brand Ambassadors onsite when applicable -Maintain assets and vehicles in clean, organized, show-ready condition -Assist with general activation duties and real-time problem solving What We’re Looking For: -Based in or near Los Angeles -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -Comfortable driving larger vans and towing a 12’ trailer -Previous field management, tour, or experiential marketing experience -Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure -Proactive problem solver who shares ideas and takes initiative -Friendly, confident communicator with strong people skills -Flexible availability for activation days (including occasional weekends and travel days) -Physical Requirements -Ability to lift 50-75lbs -Comfortable with physical event setup and breakdown -Ability to work on your feet for extended periods -Comfortable working in outdoor and variable environments Work Environment: -Primarily in-market across Los Angeles and surrounding areas -May include early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on activation schedule -Regular interaction with consumers, venues, and brand teams -Fast-paced, hands-on experiential environment Compensation range: $650–$850 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
