Join Marvin as a dynamic Brand Ambassador focused on generating high‑quality leads and scheduling in‑home consultations for Marvin Window Replacements. You’ll represent our premium window and door brand in-store, engaging shoppers, and creating real appointments. Key Responsibilities · Engage with store visitors at designated big‑box retail outlets. · Educate potential customers on Marvin Replacement Window solutions. · Identify qualified home improvement prospects and schedule in‑home appointments. · Record and submit accurate lead information promptly via provided mobile tools. · Maintain clean and professional product displays and marketing materials. What We’re Looking For · Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or retail sales—ideally for home improvement or similar industries. · Confident and friendly communicator with strong persuasion and customer engagement skills. · Goal-driven, enthusiastic, and able to handle rejection while staying motivated. · Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/display setup (up to ~50 lbs). Requirements · Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. · Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. · Smartphone capable of running CRM/appointment‑tracking apps. · Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as needed. · Willing to travel between retail locations within the assigned region.
