Location: Retail partner stores Schedule: Ongoing program, flexible shifts up to 40 hrs./week, including weekends Compensation: $18/hr. base + generous per‑appointment bonus for every qualified lead- Note- this is not a sales position, just lead generation Serviced Opportunity Incentive Chart Number of Serviced Opportunities in the Same Week 1 – 6 $40 7 – 9 $60 10 or more $100 Example: If you schedule 10 appointments in one week and all are completed without cancellations or rescheduling, you’ll earn an additional $1,000 in incentive pay, along with your regular hourly pay. Note: A sale is not required—the bonus is paid solely for completed appointments. You’ll represent our premium window and door brand in-store, engaging shoppers, and creating real appointments. Key Responsibilities · Engage with store visitors at designated big‑box retail outlets. · Educate potential customers on Marvin Replacement Window solutions. · Identify qualified home improvement prospects and schedule in‑home appointments. · Record and submit accurate lead information promptly via provided mobile tools. · Maintain clean and professional product displays and marketing materials. What We’re Looking For · Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or retail sales—ideally for home improvement or similar industries. · Confident and friendly communicator with strong persuasion and customer engagement skills. · Goal-driven, enthusiastic, and able to handle rejection while staying motivated. · Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/display setup (up to ~50 lbs). Requirements · Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. · Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. · Smartphone capable of running CRM/appointment‑tracking apps. · Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as needed. · Willing to travel between retail locations within the assigned region.
