We're seeking an enthusiastic 2 BRAND AMBASSADORS to join our dynamic Field Marketing Team in Rhode Island! We will be doing 1 or 2 sampling events every week in Whole Foods! We will accomodate to your schedule and availability. We will provide all materials needed for demos: marketing material, coupons, cups, 4-pack, etc. Waku is the new generation of tea - bold, fruity, and full of personality! We believe feeling good should taste fun, which means flavor always comes first and feel- good benefits come naturally. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Execute 3 hour in-store demo samplings at major retailers and events - Partner with Field Marketing Lead to activate in store demos, events, guerilla samplings - Enhance brand awareness, drive company growth, and increase sales by educating consumers on products during sampling activations - Engage and educate consumers on Waku - Reporting: Will use Simply Depo to sign in and out, report data, consumer trends, feedback, and insights Requirements: - Brand Ambassador experience - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required. - Willingness to travel to the retail stores assigned - Excellent communication and relationship building skills - Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality - Committed and responsible - Ability to lift cases of product and other brand materials weighing up to 40 pounds. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles based on the audience.
