Event Photographer for the Too Turnt Invitational WILDE Protein Snacks is excited to participate in the Too Turnt Invitational in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on August 26! We are looking for a talented event photographer to capture golfers, attendee interactions, and the overall energy of the tournament. The Too Turnt Invitational is an influencer golf tournament hosted by @tooturnttony in partnership with NOCA to celebrate Too Turnt Tea, featuring a different brand-sponsored activation at every hole, including WILDE’s chip shot challenge, Cracker Smacker gladiator face-off, chicken caddies, Birdie Bar, and plenty of other fun surprises! Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative event photographer to document WILDE’s experience at the Too Turnt Invitational. The ideal candidate will have excellent photography skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a lively event setting. The photographer should arrive by 11:00 AM. The tournament begins at 12:00 PM and is expected to end around 4:00 PM, with photography coverage continuing until approximately 5:00 PM. Responsibilities - Event Coverage Document the overall atmosphere of the Too Turnt Invitational. Capture golfers, attendee interactions, crowd reactions, and notable tournament moments. Provide a variety of wide-angle, close-up, posed, and candid shots. Move throughout the event to capture a variety of perspectives and activities. Take both posed and candid photos that reflect the energy and personality of the tournament. Work with the WILDE marketing team to align on specific content needs and priority shots. - Post-Production and Delivery Review and edit the strongest photos to enhance their visual appeal while preserving an authentic event feel. Organize, catalog, and deliver all final edited images within the agreed-upon timeframe. Provide all raw image files following the event. Collaborate with the WILDE marketing team to identify priority images for promotional and social media use. - Requirements Proven experience as an event photographer, with a portfolio showcasing strong photography skills and creativity. Previous experience photographing branded events, preferably for a CPG brand. Proficiency with professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, and related equipment. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and photo editing. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced event environment. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with golfers and attendees. Proficiency in photo-editing software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop. Must provide all necessary professional lighting equipment. Availability on August 26 from 11:00 AM until approximately 5:00 PM. Passion for capturing memorable event moments. Compensation $500 flat rate.
