Event management and execution of all client projects and assignments. This project will require “turn-key” management and supervision. A proactive, self-motivating attitude complimented with an attention to detail will drive our company philosophy.
Responsibilities
• Operation of a sprinter like van – clean DMV record – no CDL required
• Contribute to the schedule development of locations/events to intercept consumers for hot spot sampling/delivery. ZOA/Molson Coors will be responsible for providing anchor events, but the agency will contribute in identifying smaller events and cool places to show up. Each week will be up to 5 days of activation with one day of admin/office day.
• Complete management and operation of vehicle and equipment. A non-CDL Sprinter like van will serve as equipment storage and activation HQ. Each van will contain a built-in product bin allowing consumers to grab a cold sample. We will have other elements/props to finish out the footprint that will be approximately 10 ft x 20 ft. We will also have premium giveaways, a sound system, and a mechanism for consumers to enter their data via QR code to win prizes and product.
• Warehouse management of inventory (product, premiums, uniforms) - We will devise an inventory system
• Local storage facility – We are working with clients to determine if we can regularly and conveniently pick up product as needed. Possibly even store the van at the distributor. Or we will secure our own 3rd party location convenient to where the Field Manager is lodging.
• On-site management of event show – FM will interface with consumers as well as manage all facets
• Assistance in hiring/managing/training local support staff if applicable, but most activations are the 2 person team together
• Weekly documentation of scheduled events with comprehensive appearance recap and photo log
• Expertise in video capture on site
• Identify an ice vendor and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries as needed
• Timely prepares and ensures complete expense reports bi-weekly
• An admin day would include preparing the schedule, executing recaps, washing the vehicle and equipment, etc.
• Lodging and per diem allowance will be provided while in non-home city markets on the Tour.
Requirements:
• Confident, engaging, and willing to greet people!
• Comfortable and experienced with a van
• A keen knowledge of the city and the lifestyle, events, and hot spots where consumers gather
• 2-4 years of event/hospitality/customer service experience preferred, but we are open to recent college graduates with limited experience
• A solid local network of friends/allies who could be interested in joining the team if needed
• Active lifestyle in biking, exercise, adventure, running, etc. – a brand spokesperson
• Skilled in content capture and the creation of short TikTok type videos.
• Love being outdoors
• Flexible and agile – solution oriented with ability to problem solve with great attitude
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to work in all-weather climates
