Location: UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA Dates: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2025 Time: 6AM-9PM AND 6PM-9PM Category: Event Production / Marketing Support We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking Production Assistant (PA) to support our onsite team during event activations in the area for a high-end, globally recognized company. This is a hands-on role focused on load-in, setup, breakdown, and general onsite support for a premium branded experience. Job Responsibilities Assist with load-in and load-out of event materials, tents, displays, signage, and equipment. Pick up, transport, and organize event supplies as directed. Support the onsite manager during setup, execution, and breakdown. Help with restocking, moving materials, and maintaining an organized, professional event environment. Perform other onsite tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry event equipment and boxes. Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player. Previous event production, load-in, or activation support experience preferred but not required.
