Staffing Requested: 4 Waitstaff and 1 Bartender (attire Black bistro) Event Date: September 18, 2026 (Friday) Event Time: 2:20 PM - 8:00 PM Pay: $140/shift - Server Pay: $170/shift - Bartender Client may give Tips/gratuities on-site, it's at the client's discretion, based on staff performance. YBG will award staff a bonus if we received a 5-star review from the client. Guest Count: 60 Event Type: Wedding Reception Event Address: Canton, GA 30114 Duties Needed (Instructions): - Arrive at the venue by 2:20 PM to allow time for setup and prep before the 3:00 PM ceremony and cocktail hour, - During cocktail hour, ensure sushi bar is stocked, and cleaned as needed, - Set up / Maintain buffet tables, arranging serving dishes, utensils, and signage as directed, Monitor food levels throughout the event and replenish promptly, - Keep the buffet area clean and presentable, - Assist guests with questions about the buffet (ingredients, where to find items) in a friendly, professional manner. - Promptly clear used plates, glassware from tables after guests finish eating/drinking, - Replenish supplies (napkins, utensils, plates, glasses, drink station, etc), - Tear down/consolidate, transport leftover food and serving items to the kitchen after reception, - Doing dishes, rinsing chafer dishes, - Maintain cleanliness throughout the event. Client request: Wedding ceremony starts at 3pm. I require buffet table staff and bussers to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the tables. During cocktail hour, the staff should ensure that the sushi bar is stocked and cleaned. Additionally, I would like the food service staff to responsible for transporting the food to the kitchen after the reception and rinsing the chafers’ dishes.
