Enforcement flow:
First offense - Payment reminder. Approach calmly and explain that payment is required. Many visitors, especially older guests and first-timers, just need guidance, not enforcement.
Second offense - First ticket. Issued on a return visit when the vehicle is found unpaid again. Photograph the plate and place the ticket under the wiper.
Third offense - Second ticket. Issued on a subsequent return visit where the vehicle is found unpaid again. The app tracks offense history – check it before issuing.
Fourth offense - Tire tag (last resort). Only after two tickets. Text support before tagging. Never tag ADA vehicles, vehicles blocking access, or without supervisor confirmation.
Issues and scanning:
Any issue on shift: text the support line. Do not call – it is a text-only line.
App or tablet problems: text support immediately so we can help. Do not skip scanning while you wait.
*Scan all shift, every shift: your activity is confirmed via plate scan data. If your scans do not align with your scheduled hours, hour approval may be affected. Scan continuously for the full duration of your shift.
