Staffing Requested: 3 Servers (attire White bistro) Event Date: Dec 5, 2026 (Saturday) Event Time: 4:45 PM - 11:00 PM Pay: $150/shift Guest Count: 125 Event Type: Wedding Reception Event Venue: Madrid, IA 50156 Duties Needed: OPERATE BUFFET CLEAN / BUS PLATES TAKE OUT TRASH TEAR DOWN Additional Notes: Wedding reception has cocktail hour at 3:00 with self-serve hors d’oeuvres. Do not need staff until 5:00 to clean. Cocktail plates and things will need to be cleaned up before dinner at 5:30. Dinner is a self-serve buffet but would like staff to monitor food serving to keep it clean. As dinner is finishing, would like the disposable dinnerware to be taken from tables by waitstaff. Then, would like staff to set-out desserts and clean tables as-needed throughout the night. Reception ends at 9:00 and decorations need to be taken down and put in boxes.
