Staffing Requested: 5 Waitstaff (attire Black bistro) Event Date: May 23, 2026 (Saturday) Event Time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Guest Count: 95 Event Type: Wedding Reception Event Address: 4500 N Courthouse Rd, Providence Forge, VA 23140 (Historic Jasmine Wedding & Event Venue) Duties Needed: - SETUP / CLEANUP - FOOD PREP - OPERATE BUFFET - PLATING FOOD Client request: Our food will be delivered on site by our caterer, The Grapevine. The Grapevine will set up the handhelds for cocktail hour, these will be self serve. We have a bartender on site to serve beverages. We are looking for staff to oversee our cocktail hour handhelds and dinner. For dinner we will have the various pans set up buffet style but would prefer the staff serve and manage reheating the food etc for portion control and to reduce mess. We will be having a pasta bar with rolls and salad. For reheating some of the pasta dishes may require extra sauce be added overtop when warming. The chafing dishes will be provided by the caterer as well.
