URGENT - Bilingual Brand Ambassador (Spanish) - Saturday 11/7, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (approx. 4.5 hours incl. setup) Zapp is a money transfer service that lets people send money to Latin America directly from WhatsApp. We're joining the Guatemalan Chamber of Commerce's community info fair (Jornada Informativa - Accion de Gracias) in the parking lot of the Guatemalan Consulate in Riverhead, NY. When: Saturday, November 7, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Arrive by 7:30 AM to set up. Where: Guatemalan Consulate parking lot, 1333 East Main Street, Riverhead, NY 11901. Outdoor event - dress warm. What you'll do: - Help set up the Zapp table and materials - Talk with attendees, many of them Guatemalan families visiting the consulate, and explain how Zapp works - Help people scan our QR code and start a conversation with Zapp on WhatsApp - Hand out flyers and note any questions people ask You'll be working alongside a member of the Zapp team. Requirements: - Fluent Spanish (required); English is a plus - Friendly, outgoing and presentable - Smartphone with WhatsApp - 30-minute paid virtual training before the event Pay: $28/hr. We provide all materials and training. Urgent: we need to confirm by Thursday.
