Brand Ambassador / Product Demo Specialist - Zenjoy Weekend Roadshow Events at BJ's Wholesale Club About Zenjoy: Zenjoy is a functional adaptogenic canned tea brand out of Towson, MD, featuring our signature Zen Blend (L-Theanine, Ashwagandha KSM-66, and Lemon Balm) across four flavors: Mango Black Tea, Passion Fruit Green Tea, Lavender Black Tea, and Honey Green Tea. We're looking for an energetic, reliable brand ambassador to represent Zenjoy at in-club demo events at BJ's Wholesale locations. The Role You'll be the face of Zenjoy for the day - engaging shoppers, sampling product, and driving trial and purchase through friendly, informed conversation. This is a part-time, event-based role covering select weekend dates. Responsibilities: Set up and break down the demo table per BJ's and Zenjoy guidelines. Sample product to shoppers and clearly explain the Zen Blend and its benefits (calm + focus, no crash, no artificial junk). Answer questions about ingredients, flavors, and where to find Zenjoy in-club. Track and report sampling counts, units moved, and general shopper feedback. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, on-brand table presentation throughout the shift Represent the brand with high energy and professionalism at all times. Follow all BJ's Wholesale food safety and demo policies. Schedule: Weekend shifts (Thursday -> Sunday), typically 34-36 hours. Specific dates and locations assigned per event calendar. Reliable transportation to assigned BJ's club location required. Qualifications: Prior experience in retail demos, sampling, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles preferred. Outgoing, personable, comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversation. Punctual and dependable — this is a small footprint and no-shows leave the table empty. Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry demo materials (cooler, table, signage, up to ~25 lbs). Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one (if required by location). Must be 18+. Compensation: $30/hour, paid at the end of each roadshow [Mileage/travel reimbursement if applicable]
