Brand Ambassadors Wanted | Premium Catering Event ZZ’s Ice Cream Puffs is looking for a few standout Brand Ambassadors to join us for an upcoming food truck catering event. We’re looking for people who are reliable, polished, energetic, coachable, comfortable interacting with guests, and willing to work hard from setup through breakdown. Our team represents ZZ’s in front of corporate clients, event planners, and major brands, so professionalism matters. This event will also give us an opportunity to identify people we’d like to invite back for future paid events. **Not everyone who works this event will automatically be added to our regular roster. We’re looking for the best of the best.** What You’ll Be Doing Guest Experience Welcome guests with a smile, explain the ZZ’s experience, keep the energy upbeat, and help create a memorable event. Ice Cream + Puff Service Scoop ice cream, prepare our signature Ice Cream Puffs, and learn to operate the Puffinator 3000. Setup + Breakdown Every Brand Ambassador helps. Expect to load, unload, carry supplies, set up stations, restock, clean, and break down after service. Keeping It Clean Food safety and cleanliness are non-negotiable. You’ll be expected to follow sanitation procedures, change gloves when required, keep your station organized, and maintain a clean workspace throughout the event. Taking Initiative We don’t want people who stand around waiting to be told every next step. If you see something that needs to be restocked, cleaned, carried, or handled, jump in. Professional Appearance Please arrive polished, professional, and camera-ready. Hair should be neat and secured appropriately for food service. Clothing should be clean, pressed, and free of stains, large logos, distressing, or distracting accessories. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are required. We regularly capture photos and video at events, so you should be comfortable representing the ZZ’s brand professionally on camera. You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You Are Reliable and punctual. Naturally friendly. Comfortable talking to strangers. Able to take direction without becoming defensive. Willing to work physically. Detail-oriented. Clean and professional. Someone who notices what needs to be done and does it. If you’re looking for a role where you can disappear into the background, this probably isn’t the right fit.
