Assist the field marketing team with product management, brand promotion: - Production Crew - Brand Ambassadors 09/8/2026 Tue 11:00 am 5:00 pm Load In / Setup 09/9/2026 Wed 9:00 am 5:00 pm Load In / Setup 09/10/2026 Thu 9:00 am 5:00 pm Load In / Setup 09/11/2026 Fri 12:30 pm 9:00 pm Brand Ambassadors 09/12/2026 Sat 1:00 pm 9:30 pm Brand Ambassadors 09/13/2026 Sun 9:00 am 5:00 am Load Out Production Staff Responsibilities: - Assist with event load-in and load-out - Set up and break down booths, displays, signage, and equipment - Lift, move, and organize event materials and production items - Support onsite production managers and team leads - Use basic tools and follow setup instructions safely and efficiently - Maintain a professional and team-oriented attitude onsite Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: - Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner - Engage with attendees and create meaningful interactions - Educate consumers about products, services, or promotions - Distribute samples, giveaways, and promotional materials - Encourage participation in brand activations and experiences - Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed - Keep the activation area clean, organized, and fully stocked - Answer attendee questions and provide excellent customer service - Follow client and Event Manager instructions - Capture event photos and complete required reports or timesheets - Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance throughout the event
