The entire event was executed professionally, and it was such a blast to work at! My shift leaders always were there to support me and clearly communicated with me. The atmosphere of the event was a bit intense but still welcoming and energizing–overall, a great first event experience for me.
What can this company improve?
The communication was great given that this was a huge event involving a lot of brand ambassadors. However, I will say that having another shift leader could be helpful for making sure communication is consistently maintained throughout the operation.

The team was excellent. Team lead Kayla made sure that we had everything we needed and efficient breaks, water etc. The luncheon was impressive and Zen did great a great job with a fast and efficient onboarding process

Gave plenty of notice and booked in advance! ( I always appreciate an agency that’s well prepared!) Showed trust in the BA’s hired therefore no constant “babysitting” by constantly “checking in” or emailing/texting you throughout the event. Clear communication;great pay rate &fun event!

Detailed and clear communication w/out bombarding me w/tons of emails etc. Had faith in the BA’s they hired therefore no babysitting or constant “checking in” Great pay rate & super fun event!!

The Recruiter and Event Manager did a great job explaining the details of the position, what to wear and what to expect prior to the event. They also provided a mini-training session prior to going live at the event and treated the BA's professionally throughout the process.
What can this company improve?
None that I can think of for this event. The event was well managed by 360 Now Events and Promotions.
