Very organized with the placement of the BrandAmbassadors in their locations made it very easy and made it very informative.
They were amazing at staffing the event of over 20,000 attendees and leads were always there to answer questions for tje BAs, handled break times well.
They can pay their employees their dues that’s what they can do.
The management staff was exceptional. I can always appreciate being treated with kindness and respect.
I had the absolute privilege of working with Richard and Tom to be booked for this amazing event. They are kind, professional and very thorough. Our lead, Nelson Hawks, was also stellar.

The entire event was executed professionally, and it was such a blast to work at! My shift leaders always were there to support me and clearly communicated with me. The atmosphere of the event was a bit intense but still welcoming and energizing–overall, a great first event experience for me.
The communication was great given that this was a huge event involving a lot of brand ambassadors. However, I will say that having another shift leader could be helpful for making sure communication is consistently maintained throughout the operation.

The team was excellent. Team lead Kayla made sure that we had everything we needed and efficient breaks, water etc. The luncheon was impressive and Zen did great a great job with a fast and efficient onboarding process

Gave plenty of notice and booked in advance! ( I always appreciate an agency that’s well prepared!) Showed trust in the BA’s hired therefore no constant “babysitting” by constantly “checking in” or emailing/texting you throughout the event. Clear communication;great pay rate &fun event!
