360 is one of my favorite company's to work for. My POC at 360 is always responsive and gives me all fo the details that I need before the event and makes sure I'm good once onsite. The check in procedure is simple and they always pay within a week.

I had a great experience working with 360x Events and Promotions. The team was organized, communicative, and made sure every Brand Ambassador understood their role. They stayed flexible with shift changes and created a professional, welcoming environment. Breaks were fair and lunches were provided.

360x made sure that all of the BAs were split into their respective groups and provided a sufficient on site training to make sure we were ready to work our position. We were given ample breaks and our lead was very professional, and made things run smoothly.

From start to finish, Tom and Richard were so engaging and respectful. Their communication was amazing and it's an honor to work with them. I genuinely hope for another opportunity to do it again! Team Lead Nelson Hawks was the absolute best also!

The entire event was executed professionally, and it was such a blast to work at! My shift leaders always were there to support me and clearly communicated with me. The atmosphere of the event was a bit intense but still welcoming and energizing–overall, a great first event experience for me.
What can this company improve?
The communication was great given that this was a huge event involving a lot of brand ambassadors. However, I will say that having another shift leader could be helpful for making sure communication is consistently maintained throughout the operation.
