They hired good TEAM who were adaptable. There was absolutely no micromanagent. Any needs that arised they were quick to take care of.

The onboarding and booking process was smooth and quick. Directions were clear on how to check in. Responsibilities were also straightforward, no surprises.
The team would benefit from a brief walk-through prior to the event going live. A pre-event run-through allows ambassadors to familiarize themselves with the layout and flow. and responsibilities. It also ensures that everyone feels confident in their direction and minimizes confusion.

I really enjoyed working with this company. Everyone was very professional and the event was well organized. The tour manager made sure the team was taken care of.
Everything was well organized - they educated us ahead of time about where to report, where to check in, gave daily reminders about uploading our parking or monorail receipt to the app for reimbursement.
