Ace The Event is hiring On- Site Registration & Auction Event Staff in Bethlehem, PA. Role: On-Site Support Event Date: 9/26/2025 Call Time 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm Location: Bethlehem, PA Pay Rate: $25-30 per hour Overview: Ace The Event is a staffing agency dedicated to providing on-site staff to organizations hosting live events. Our team works with mobile bidding software that automates the fundraising aspects at live events. The schedule is flexible and completely based around your availability! Brand Ambassador and experience using a mobile bidding platform (Ex: GiveSmart or Classy Live) is preferred.
