Good communication and training. I had such a great experience with my Manager Amanda! She had an amazing vibe and worked really well with everyone. I really hope I get to team up with Ace again in the future. Plus, the payment was right on schedule, which was fantastic!

The evening of the event the ladies were so friendly and helpful, they made me feel welcomed and like I was part of the team from the second we met!

So happy to be working the auctions again. I worked this platform before with a different agency but Kelly is amazing, training and onsite management were perfect

The CEO, Kelly Rio, is very hands on in the hiring process. She provided many training items and support. My OS Manager, Rachel, is very patient and helped me to acclimate to Classy Live, the registration/bidding app that was used for the event. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Working an auction with Ace the Event is always an enjoyable time! All of the field managers are well-experienced and super friendly, and the events themselves are usually very accommodating! I would highly recommend working with Ace the Event when the opportunity arises!

They have excellent onboarding & provide you with a tremendous amount of training & support to prepare you for the event!Although my role was more “hands on learning,” I did feel adequately prepared. From their mission statement down to the agency’s values, I truly enjoyed working for ACE the event!

Training and before activation communication was great. The event was a little chaotic but the Lead did give a good breakdown of event flow, how to use the software and some of its nuances and quirks.

More gigs in my area! Otherwise this was a great learning experience, a new notch on my resume and I hope to work for this company again in the future!

The training and communication were excellent. The lead has worked this event a few times so she really knew the flow and prepared us for a successful night.
