So happy to be working the auctions again. I worked this platform before with a different agency but Kelly is amazing, training and onsite management were perfect

The CEO, Kelly Rio, is very hands on in the hiring process. She provided many training items and support. My OS Manager, Rachel, is very patient and helped me to acclimate to Classy Live, the registration/bidding app that was used for the event. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I believe that the company did as well as they could with the short training/turn around window.

Ace The Event is top notch! They communicate with the staff and hand off detailed information about the client, the event and the job duties. The pay is fantastic and they pay consistenly.

Working an auction with Ace the Event is always an enjoyable time! All of the field managers are well-experienced and super friendly, and the events themselves are usually very accommodating! I would highly recommend working with Ace the Event when the opportunity arises!

They have excellent onboarding & provide you with a tremendous amount of training & support to prepare you for the event!Although my role was more “hands on learning,” I did feel adequately prepared. From their mission statement down to the agency’s values, I truly enjoyed working for ACE the event!

Training and before activation communication was great. The event was a little chaotic but the Lead did give a good breakdown of event flow, how to use the software and some of its nuances and quirks.

More gigs in my area! Otherwise this was a great learning experience, a new notch on my resume and I hope to work for this company again in the future!

The training and communication were excellent. The lead has worked this event a few times so she really knew the flow and prepared us for a successful night.

The venue and time of event changed a week prior to the event and the Ace Team made sure to notify me both on the app and via email, which I appreciated. I was on-site support for this event. The Ace team was amazing, the non-profit was kind, and their mission was heart warming.

I was assistant OSM for this event. The team was great to work with, the non-profit was super welcoming and fed us dinner, and the event was a breeze! I always love working with Ace the Event.

This company is great! They do events that help with a wonderful cause. The CEO and HR staff are AWESOME. You can tell they are good people. I would love to work with them again!
