BookedOut, the app used for logging gig activities, is kludgey. Not sure what Acosta can do about that, but it’s worth mentioning.

Perhaps more thorough training for the newbies on the products and checkout process.

Everything was so disorganized, and the hiring person, the client, and the hr person were all telling me different things. no one seemed to have any idea what was happening, and I was straight up loud to by the hiring person. Not worth it

Simple app to communicate nationally with everyone working and management is great!

Shara Ervin was my hiring manager, and she made everything so easy. Onboarding was a breeze, and she always answered her phone.

I was onboarded quickly and able to work the next day. The staff at the event were very encouraging and made it feel like a true team atmosphere.
