Great company work with them often for varied activations. Good communication, very detailed instructions, fun events. Staff loyalty!! They just need to get a bit closer to industry standard for pay other than that no complaints...

Unfortunately, Adelante Live did not respond to my request for an additional half hour of pay when the fire alarm in the store was pulled and I was required to stay for another half hour in order to complete all the photos with the pets.
There is a training call, detailed attachments emailed, and a quiz to take. Emailing the company and you get a response. They are also very active on Facebook.
All training material provided and phone conference so that Brand Ambassador is prepared for the event.
There was a major logistical error with this event. Products didn't show up at all 700 stores, but that didn't stop me from having a good time and the consumer didn't know. You just go with it. I had a good time.
