I have been working as a BA for 3 years with various agencies & they are at the bottom of my list of agencies to work with. There is ZERO communication unless they need you to cover a shift. It’s been 4 weeks & no pay & no response to emails. AVOID!!
Self mgmt, just dealing with store management which wasn't great , not a reflection of hiring co. On call training didn't allow for questions which was silly b/c we had the same training via tube video, so ideally this would have bee the time to ask
Unclear whether phone training is also paid ( in addition to paid online training ) Product not in store so made it hard to please consumers . Not the fact of Adelante however .
Adelante's portal system for viewing the details and wardrobe is very organized and helpful in answering most questions about the event.
Kit was missing and it was hard to get someone on the phone to help us.
Adelantelive was one of the first companies I ever worked for 10 yrs. ago and they are still going strong. Their communication and event management was pretty smooth. There was only one glitch. A BA said she was at the event and she wasn't! Caught!
