This tour was an absolute BLAST (distributing complimentary Hostess snacks, taking photos with the Twinkie mascot). However, I received excellent communication before/during the event and not so much after when it came time for checks to be mailed.

The communication was bad & I was not given hours as promised since April. I found out last minute I was to be a character too. The new BC added 2 hours after expressing disdain for their treatment. Worked but wouldn't again without all info prior.

They were extremely communicative in training, but everything fell apart on site. My paycheck was prompt, but I was shorted. The company did get it corrected though after I sent a few emails. Poor communication overall.

Lots of last minute requests because booking manager couldn’t find enough people for the event. Ended up only being two girls for load in/ load out plus tear down and BA work.

They were great with communication before AND after the event. They also paid within a week. Great company and would definitely work for them again.
