What does this company do well?

Their hiring process was stringent and very diligent! Set proper expectations and coordinated an in-depth PAID training, which helped me prepare appropriately for the elections event. PAID within 5-6 days!!

What can this company improve?

Their internal office seems disconnected at times when I was trying to troubleshoot the issues encountered during my scheduled virtual training with INDRA. And their onboarding process went awry which wiped out all of my onboarding info and paperwork that I had completed for them..

The company required scanners and greeters to verify participants took a industry course. These classrooms were spread out in The convention center. It was a huge logistical task.
