Street team launch campaign for a fast growing Houston restaurant brand opening. The client wants the opening treated like a movie premiere, not a ribbon cutting.
Two person crew. Hand to hand flyers and hang posters at local businesses designed to look like 90s rave flyers, door hangers in the neighborhoods, and movie poster style wheat paste on walls and boards we already have permission to use. Countdown, not coupon. No coupons, no selling, no pitching, no clipboard, no ground graphics, no spray.
Three waves, nine route days total, 6 hours each.
Wave 1 "It Is Coming": 3 route days, week of October 12. Awareness only, no date on the pieces.
Wave 2 "The Date": 4 route days around the grand opening, late October into November. The opening is targeted for the last week of October or the first week of November and the exact date is set by the client.
Wave 3 "Keep It Up": 2 route days one to two weeks after the doors open, mid to late November. Poster swap to open now assets, re hits on the walls that held, flyer replenishment where it performed.
Dates inside each wave are flexible. They move with the client confirmed opening date, with crew availability, and with where the foot traffic is. Crew gets about a week of lead time before each wave.
10/15 - 3-9pm
10/16 - 2-8pm
10/17 - 11am - 5pm
What you will do: hand flyers person to person and leave counter stacks with businesses that want them, hang door hangers across assigned residential grids, paste posters flat and square in repetition so a block reads as one message, photograph and log every placement by zone on your phone, check in and out with the crew lead each route day.
Requirements: local, reliable vehicle and valid driver license, comfortable on your feet outdoors for a 6 hour shift and able to carry materials, smartphone for photo logging and check in, available across all three waves from mid October through mid/late November including evenings and weekend days, friendly and comfortable approaching strangers. Local knowledge of where people gather is worth more here than event experience.
Ground rules: flyers go hand to hand or to businesses that want them, never on windshields. Door hangers go on the door, never in a mailbox, and we honor every no soliciting sign. Posters go on permissioned surfaces only, never utility poles, trees or public fixtures. Paste, brushes and route supplies are provided. Client details stay confidential.
