Be more communicative and clear about pay schedules. Wasn’t really the agency as much as it was the event staff client. The client didn’t treat the BA’s very well but I was happy.

Airfresh did not prepare us BA’s AT ALL. We were meant to be handing out giveaways, but instead ended up doing set up and labor and then not paid fairly for the kind of manual labor work we had to do. Lack of transparency and communication on their end, I would not recommend. Never answer phones.
