Brand Ambassador – Watch Party & Match Day Activation Location: Philadelphia, PA – Center City / DowntownEvent Type: Watch parties, soccer matches, bar crawls, food & drink promotions, and fan engagement We are hiring outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a high-energy match day activation in Philadelphia. Ambassadors will engage fans downtown, promote watch parties and large-format game viewings, encourage QR code scans, distribute promotional assets, and drive traffic to participating locations. Responsibilities -Engage fans before and during match windows in high-traffic downtown areas. -Promote watch parties, bar crawls, food and drink specials, and game-day offers. -Distribute Passport to the Pitch cards, shirts, and other approved assets. -Encourage fans to scan QR codes for discounts, app downloads, and event details. -Share Hard Rock offers, including Rock Shop retail discounts and food promotions. -Help direct fans from downtown areas to participating venues and match-day events. -Follow distribution guidelines, including one asset per group unless otherwise directed. Promotion Highlights - Ambassadors will help promote offers such as: -15% off Rock Shop retail -Free appetizer -BOGO burger -20% off with minimum purchase -Hard Rock app-based discounts Activation Areas - Ambassadors may be stationed around Center City hotels, Lemon Hill Park, SEPTA stations, Jefferson Station, 11th & Arch, the Convention Center area, and other high-traffic fan zones. Requirements -Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable approaching fans -Able to stand and walk for extended periods -Comfortable working outdoors in busy downtown areas -Prior event, street team, hospitality, retail, or promotional experience preferred Dress Code & Logistics -Branded shirts may be provided. Shorts are permitted, but must be professional attire. Public transportation is preferred. Parking may be available nearby but is first come, first served and cashless.
