June 3 – TBD Location (based on performance on Day 1 and Day 2 - either Snowflake Summit + Fort Mason on Day 3)
Shift Times:
Day 1: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Remaining Days: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About The Role
We’re hiring energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a high-visibility tech conference activation during Snowflake Summit and Fort Mason in San Francisco. This is a street-team style activation focused on engaging attendees outside conference venues and creating memorable brand interactions for a tech audience.
Responsibilities
Distribute branded tote bags to attendees
Encourage guests to spin the prize wheel
Assist with giveaway flow and crowd engagement
Support mobile activation setup including wagon, speakers, and music
Represent the brand professionally with a polished, approachable attitude
Maintain high energy throughout the activation
Help keep activation area clean, organized, and stocked
Activation Details
The activation includes:
Music + portable speaker setup
Prize wheel giveaways
Branded tote bag distribution
Mobile street-team engagement using a wagon setup
Each attendee receives:
A branded tote bag
A chance to spin the prize wheel
Prize items placed directly into the tote bag
Ideal Candidates
Comfortable engaging professionals in a tech/conference environment
Prior brand ambassador, street team, promo, or event experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Strong communication skills
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Professional appearance and attitude
Bonus If You Have
Conference or trade show experience
Experience with lead engagement or promotional activations
Familiarity with tech audiences/events
