🚨 Brand Ambassador – Tucson Flyer Distribution (Walmart Perimeter Activation) Location: Tucson, AZ (Multiple Walmart Locations)Start: On or about April 2-4 through May (6-week program)Schedule: Thursday–Saturday | 3 days/weekShift: 5 hours per day Overview Air Fresh Marketing is seeking reliable, energetic Brand Ambassadors for a 6-week flyer distribution program in Tucson. This activation is designed to drive awareness and foot traffic to nearby retail locations through strategic, high-volume street-level engagement. This is a consistent, weekly opportunity ideal for team members who enjoy working outdoors and engaging with the public. Program Details Team: 2 Brand Ambassadors per shift Duration: 6 weeks Schedule: Wednesdays–Saturdays - Flexible - 3 days (15 hours per week) Hours: 5-hour shifts Pay Rate: $30/hour (BA) Locations - Brand Ambassadors will rotate across the following Walmart-adjacent areas (NOT on Walmart property) Responsibilities Distribute flyers in high-traffic areas near Walmart locations (parking lot perimeters, sidewalks, nearby retail corridors) Engage passersby in a friendly, professional manner Maintain consistent pacing (~10 flyers per minute target) Follow all location guidelines (must remain off Walmart property) Provide basic daily feedback on foot traffic and engagement Materials ~30,000 flyers total (approx. 6 medium boxes) Flyers will be shipped to a designated local address Requirements Outgoing, reliable, and punctual Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Strong communication and customer engagement skills Must follow all compliance/location restrictions Same BA preferred If you’re interested, please apply with your availability and any relevant brand ambassador or street team experience.
