All in on enthusiasm. When we needed improvise, they were appreciative of my efforts to keep the project focus met. Sorry that the project was shortened (discontinued?) but glad to get to be field presence for them, send LOTS of data for client. Also glad I could help them grasp 'realtime' situation

Love working with AMP. I’ve been working events with them for 3 years and no complaints. The event manager, Lisa, was top-tier and remained professional and calm given the circumstances- traveled from 3 states away, very last minute event assignment, unfamiliar location and zero supplies. Amazing
What can this company improve?
No major issues. However, we weren’t provided any cold water or drinks of any kind during the main event where we worked in direct sun with crazy high temperatures and thousands of people. We were told not to bring any type of water bottles so we didn’t have ANYTHING to hydrate as we poured sweat

Prompt and detailed communication. Clear, direct expectations. At event management took care of us while working in direct sun and ridiculous heat by providing cold water and Gatorade as well as wash cloths to wet and wear around our necks. No micromanaging and respectful management- A+!

The app used scheduling and applying to open events isn’t user friendly and is quite frustrating. The company as a whole is professional and easy to work with. Prompt communication, direct and clear expectations, quick payment.

AMP lacks on communication and organizational skills, which I believe is very important for successful company. I don't know if I would work with them again, but they did apologized for the inconvenience.
