What can this company improve?

Absolutely the worst most disorganized job I've ever had, I still haven't received my pay and it's now over 5 weeks late and no response. I believe this is a predatory company preying on independent contractors that they find on trusted herd with no intention of paying them. They need to be removed

They make a great product so it’s really easy to sell. The toughest part is the outdoors conditions, hey, we’re in the PNW for goodness sake! Using Square and taking tap payments on your phone was the coolest part, customers were wowed by it as much as I was! Fun market events, cool people to meet!

You get to produce the events tagged with your flair and ingenuity. They’re a small business so you must be resourceful, don’t sweat it, we all learn fast under the gun. Super fun to sample and sell, it gives you a sense of pride instead of the sample-only grind of promos. Quick post-event pay!!

Communication was excellent; the product sold itself. To be honest, Nicole was a great boss and was understanding, but she also knew what she was talking about and didn't beat around the bush
