Ascent always has fantastic, fun & well-managed events, love them!
What can this company improve?
I always get surprised when I remember that actual BA clocked times are submitted to the company via either scans of signed timesheets or PDF timesheets - it would be great if Ascent had a platform where we could clock in/out to keep track of times for payroll & we could also manage schedules, etc.

Ascent Talent is the best and most professional agency to work with in the field. Shane is an amazing recruiter, always efficient, kind and wonderful to work with every time. Our on-site manager Andrew was the most organized, supportive and upbeat supervisor ever and Chase is a great client.

They were great with communicating details in regards to travel, as this was a travel gig. I had so much fun working this event and pay was on time as well!
