From asset tracking and team leadership to the physical setup of the stadium, you’ll play a key role in ensuring your market's FIFA operations run without a hitch from load-in to load-out! 💼🎉 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: ✨ Dynamic Leaders: High-energy individuals who maintain professionalism under tight, fixed timelines. ✨ Team Players: Collaborative communicators who can lead daily briefings and support multicultural teams. ✨ Proactive Mindset: A "go-above-and-beyond" attitude with a strong focus on service and detail. ✨ Physical Stamina: Comfortable with manual labor, lifting 40lb+ repeatedly, and working in both indoor/outdoor stadium environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO: 💥 Venue Operations: Assist with full-cycle logistics (load-in through load-out) directly pertaining to FIFA venue standards. 📋 Asset Management: Track, distribute, and recover equipment; ensure all items are inventoried and returned post-tournament. 🚜 Logistics Execution: Operate handling equipment (pallet jacks/dollies) and manage equipment setup/breakdown. 🛡️ Safety & Compliance: Support all workplace health and safety guidelines while maintaining daily/weekly status reports. 🏃‍♀️ Operational Agility: Stay on your feet and remain adaptable to changing needs in a fast-paced environment. ADDITIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: ✅ The Deputy Venue Logistics Manager will also: • Supervise, train, and motivate logistics crew members. • Coordinate directly with the FIFA Venue Operations team to meet global expectations. • Utilize internal logistics and asset management systems to maintain precise records. • Requirement: 1–2 years of experience in event logistics, operations, or stadium leadership is preferred. 📌IMPORTANT NOTE: ✔️All Candidates for this role will undergo a Background Check 🗺️Multiple cities listed within, please only apply to those where you are able to work as a local, travel will not be provided 📅Current start is anticipated to be March 15th but may be postponed to April 1st. 🕰️Markets have different end dates, please check the role notes when applying to ensure you're available for the duration 📔 AVAILABILITY: Flexible hours (weekends/holidays) as a local, 40hrs/wk. Shifts to be set closer to activation based on FIFA match schedule 💵 PAY: Pay for this role is a flat weekly rate.
