Rachel with Assist Marketing was very supportive, intelligent and informative, she was transparent about every part of the FIFA program, which made this project go smoothly and perfectly.

This was a large-scale outdoor event with around 40 to 50 brand ambassadors. There were many games and free Coke products, and the event itself was fun for the attendees, with a lot of great photo opportunities and memorabilia.

For these large-scale outdoor events, I think more area rotations are needed to keep things fresh for the BAs. Tighter restrictions on field operations could help BAs not get into areas outside of the job scope.
