Great company to work for! They have great management skills and truly care and strive for feedback from tour managers in regards to brand ambassadors.
The company should ask for feedback from other brand ambassadors about the tour managers as well as other fellow brand ambassadors. IE "did they arrive/return from break on time". "Were they professional" etc
Communication from the agency was clear and concise, from the hiring & onboarding to the actual activation. The staff were friendly and responsive, which really helped since I was added to the team fairly close to the activation. Great staff. Great team lead. Great client team.
I didn't experience anything on this activation that stands out. They all made it pretty easy and set the team up for success.
Friendly and professional team. This was a fun, outdoor event and everyone worked together to make it go smoothly. Parking passes were provided in advance, which was a nice perk!

The event was well organized and communication prior and during the event was great. Worked two double shifts, one day was 15 hrs and the other way 13. The team lead and everyone from Assist and Momentum were professional and fun to work with.
I had a learning curve with the app and calendar function but once I figured it out, it was easy. Would definitely work with Assist again!
